no pay raises unless you sleep with a manager. they look down at the hourly. its a revolving door of workers. just not enough pay to pay your bills.

The people are great to work with, very young workforce

Cons

Outsourcing and layoffs are constant, big push for AI as a “sustainable” company. Promotion process is long and time consuming yet still is controlled by favoritism. Will make you take on 5 projects at once for visibility with 0 reward. Painfully small raises.
