      - The people that work here are kind and trying their best

      Cons

      The company is slowly contracting more and more causing leadership to try and ship crazy ideas in extremely small timelines. No one is on the same page and most people just want everyone to figure it out. Do not expect work / life balance while here.

      The people are great to work with, very young workforce

      Cons

      Outsourcing and layoffs are constant, big push for AI as a “sustainable” company. Promotion process is long and time consuming yet still is controlled by favoritism. Will make you take on 5 projects at once for visibility with 0 reward. Painfully small raises.
