Pros

Free Food is number 1! We have a test kitchen right in the office so there is always test meals up for grabs and the teams always has samples from vendors up for grabs. The discount on the box is pretty great. Depending on the team you work on, they do hang out outside of work, but really depends on which team. The office space overall is really cool, startup, beer and cold brew on tap.

Cons

The office is so cramped at this point everyone is on top of one other. Some people do not even have their own desk space and just float around to open spaces. The management here is probably the worst I've every seen. They are so concerned about making money they are willing to throw some really great employees under the bus to save themselves. Team turnover is pretty high and the people they're hiring are not working out. They are hiring individuals who are not qualified for positions and are letting employees who are incredibly hard working people struggle under these poor choices. It's really sad to watch this company fall apart in such a short amount of time. There's 0 growth on certain teams. Most upper level employees are outside hires. Don't expect to go very far here.

Pros

You'll meet a lot of Europeans and learn a lot about soccer.

Cons

The negative reviews tell you all you need to know about this place. Read them carefully. The work culture is inhuman and management is largely made up of Machiavellians, except they aren't very smart or cunning. This is the place where all the Europeans that admire American-style meritocracy capitalism go to work - people who feel stifled in countries that actively value employee well-being and promote work-life-family balance with robust employment laws. Firing people is a casual affair; badgering and tormenting are woven into the culture. There's no real diversity, despite lots and lots of lip service and inclusion theater. If you aren't a white guy from Europe, your chances of getting anywhere are close to nil. The business is booming and the company seems to be on its way to dominating the meal kit space. Don't be fooled by all the positive news in the business section. The growth and dominance isn't going to last. Customer churn is high and unsustainable. The quality of the ingredients is slipping and will continue to fall as they come up against serious supply and operational limits. Meal kits are a fad that will eventually be overtaken by home grocery delivery. Other, more well-resourced e-com companies are entering this space and will eventually dominate. This place operates on a burn and churn model, for both employees and customers. You might last a year or two, but eventually you will be just a pile of scrapple on the floor that gets swept up and tossed into the dumpster.

Out for Short Term Gains, Conduct Poor Business

Pros

For the amount of experience you have you are given a great deal of responsibility.

Cons

Senior management is too young, confused and does not know how to conduct good business. They have little to no genuine passion for food, and are solely concerned about short term gains. Creating a business that will last for the foreseeable future is the last thing on their mind. The company mindset is driven by making a quick buck.
