      Comradery amongst the local leaders.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership changes communication to the rest of the business too frequently. Lots of SLT changeover the last two years, especially the last 6 months.

      Really social with a great team environment Lots of development opportunities Good base salary, with lots of commissions, bonuses, and ad hoc incentives on top Team rewards & team events Develop valuable skills Loads of road trips around Australia

      Cons

      Sales aren't always easy, and you'll have to work hard Lots of rejections Will need to get out of your comfort zone
