Pros

- Really love the fast pace environment - Multi-cultural & open culture + open to diversity - Leveraging and supporting internal careers - DNA & values were right for me - Made me feel that challenges + proactiveness can really be 'fun' if company promotes this kind of behaviours

Cons

- I think they could add some benefits (they still have many nice ones though) - The fast pace growth oriented way of working + a lot of internal careers might be great for some, but not for everyone
