We’re pleased that you were able to take advantage of the generous discount that we offer to our employees on our HelloFresh and Green Chef products and that you enjoyed working with your teammates. We strive to provide competitive compensation and commission structures to our team members. We keep track of market trends to ensure that our team members are compensated equitably, and aim to schedule our Brand Ambassadors for high impact events where the potential for sales could increase chances of earning commission and other compensation such as bonuses. While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last-minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, depending on one’s availability and preferences. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of HelloFresh in our communities, and we try to make sure that the training we provide is relevant and representative of our culture and the way we want to interact with our customers. While it sounds like your experience as a member of the FreshFam had some areas for improvement, we appreciate you sharing this feedback and we have passed it on to our Sales Leadership team.
