      Valuable experience overshadowed by toxic leadership

      There is a lot happening so you can get a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Leadership was some of the most toxic I’ve ever experienced, the category is struggling to be profitable and there is insane pressure to grow in a climate that feels unfriendly to the type of company hellofresh is. Constantly on call and working late nights and weekends, which is justified as “just how the ads business works”
