-solid work life balance -reasonable hybrid work policy -solid pay

Cons

-leadership doesn't care about people -not a culture of transparency -leadership scattered and doesn't put trust in employees, lots of mandates and wild goose chases on exec whims -very little opportunity for growth or promotion

Discount on product, pto is fair.

Cons

There is little room to grow as a manager. They will weed you out if you are not liked. They keep those around who are a threat for fear of DEI. I was moved to a shift that did not exist so they could keep an eye on me. Knowing my religious affiliation, they put me on a special schedule that accommodated Sundays off, despite I never requested the exemption. I worked nights to avoid special treatment. So, they did me a "favor". Which meant I did not work with my team. 25% of the week. Which makes it look like I got special treatment. They then hounded me all the time, despite our improvements. No support from my manager, then I was put on a PIP, and termed. My boss said I'd be happier elsewhere. No, I'd be happier not being unemployed.
