The company is run like a military dictatorship where HR runs around closing slack channels of people raising their concerns about any issues. Everything is censored and there are few means of communicating with your colleagues. Women new joiners are celebrated on LinkedIn by the company's account. Later, they are fired during their probation period for not being "technical enough", which is basically a code word for women. There is no serious audit or compliance happening at the company which is a serious threat to their customer's personal data. All ranks are held by white men. Engineering culture is non-existent. Obedient mediocrities hold the highest positions.
