      Ok to build experience, not very rewarding

      Pros

      Good benefits, 1 month in a dollar raise then 25c every 3 months. Assuming there is a cap on pay. Wasn’t here long enough. Easy work life balance. I had a good manager. Allowed to apply to different roles after being with the company for 6months.

      Cons

      The people and other managers. Promoted based on who you know, but that’s anywhere. They have temps and plant employees. HF employees treat temps like crap there is definitely a hierarchy. They will fire temps even if they are correct in the complaints they make. Leads are rude and I didn’t even work on a line. Supervisors somewhat ok, they’re only nice if you have a better position or equivalent. Also the vest and hairnet define who you are and make you feel as you’re above others. This is from personal experience.
