      Lack of follow-up after interview

      Pros

      Friendly team atmosphere during the group interview. Interesting insight into the role and company culture. Clear and engaging presentation from staff.

      Cons

      No feedback after the interview, despite follow-up emails. It's disappointing to be invited in person and not receive any response afterwards. Poor communication reflects badly on the candidate experience.
