Pros
Uncapped commission, start up company culture, severance based off of time worked with the company.
Cons
High turnover. Work on nights, weekends, and holidays. Events to travel to can be far and hard to get to when having to carry all of your personal belongings as well as company merchandise such as large heavy tents, a suitcase with material (tablecloths, branding info) as well as a table to set up. Company does not reimburse you for travel (gas, trains, etc) Sales program was done away with due to Covid reasons.
