Salaries for the Talent Acquisition function are not aligned with the market, in any of HelloFresh's territories. The roles in Talent Acquisition are only appropriate for fresh grads given the salary levels available. I spoke with several people in different geographic locations who confirmed they place little to no value in the talent acquisition function Dishonest hiring process - not a great idea to lie about salary levels during a recruitment process to a recruiter. We will see salaries when we come onboard and wonder why we are being paid so much less than our colleagues.

-The Discount is generous -Decent pay for relatively simple work.

Cons

-Very disorganized -Lack of direction and poor management -Other employee's were rude and unpleasant to work with. -Lack of training and communication -HR is not very present and available only at certain times. This made it difficult to get employee badges and punch card. -Manager was not present and I never met him once while I worked there. -Overall, it was very frustrating. Other employee's will try to sabotage you in order to make life harder. This does not foster teamwork, but a sense of resentment between employee's.
