-$50 gas stipend. -Sometimes go to fun Denver festivals. - They focus on and encourage personal goals too.
Cons
-Total chaos in the office. It’s run by a bunch of kids just out of college. -The meetings are a joke. It’s so kiddish and they repeat topics too much. They are pointless and a waste of a drive. -Really long events standing on you’re feet all day up to 12hrs in one spot. -Most of the weekday events are a joke. They go to many times to the same gyms and retail stores that they have no business being at. -It’s like being in middle school again. If one trainer doesn’t like you it spreads to all of them not liking you and it being passive aggressive. -They don’t have territories or split up the state so if you live in one area, you’ll drive all over Colorado to places where other ambassadors live. -You get in trouble for giving negative feedback when you’re supposed to be open to receiving negative feedback. -The trainers act completely different in the office infront of the boss compared to in the field. They are very hypocritical. -Supposed to reimburse for parking lots but haven’t seen a dime.
