      Some people are fun and free snacks and discounted boxes

      Cons

      Upper management provide collusion camaraderie. Treat the regular works and creatives with unsatisfactory conditions, working overtime and late while they leave. Doesn't engage and puts pressure and hardship on managers and staff. Favoritism to pushy employers who provide a toxic environment to get their way. Groups of people quitting by the day.
