Cons

Expecting unpaid work on the weekend. Unmaintanable codebase. Increasingly hierarchical organization. Management is missing skills to make proper decisions. Several teammembers are being let go due to politics. Little offboarding of leaving members and missing onboarding of new hires leaves the piplines in shambles. Ownership of workload is unclear and missing documentation.
