- Great team of international, extremely capable engineers. - Big focus con code reviews and knowledge sharing - Big focus on agile methodology with coaches to support the teams - Data infrastructure is growing and adapting really fast, so many opportunities to learn. The company is also moving towards becoming truly data-driven, so data is a big deal within the company.

Cons

Some issues with unpaid technical debt and lack of automation in a few areas of the infrastructure. This can cause repetitive tasks to come up often.
