Our number one priority is employee safety and we have a dedicated resource to focus on and ensure that safe practices are occurring within the organization. Our 4 by 10 work weeks (Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day), is intended to provide employees with greater flexibility to balance their personal work and life by providing a three day weekend. In the event overtime is required, as it can be in a manufacturing environment, the schedule also helps to protect the employee’s weekend because overtime can be worked on Fridays to meet customer expectations.
