      Bad Management All Around

      Pros

      - Most non-management workers are hard-working and dependable -Generosity initiatives are nice

      Cons

      -Over-working employees in most departments -HR cares about having "competitive benefits" instead of doing right by workers -So many in HR that never seem to be around, and no one knows who does what -Management does not listen to subordinates -Far too many unnecessary managers that stay in meetings 90% of the day -Having to wait months to get the tools one needs to do their job -They say 4-10 hours, but you'll be lucky if you don't have to work 5 days

Our manufacturing facility may operate on Fridays as needed to meet customer expectations. We try to provide advance notice so employees can plan for it.
