      strong leadership that cares about community and world challenging competitive pay and benefits experience and career growth opportunity new facility and willing to invest to help jobs open to trying new things

      Cons

      growing company so many times it's rush/reaction mode, don't expect to stay in a comfy little chair minding your own business. have to wear many hats sometimes company switches priorities quickly if needed so have to stay agile

      Pros

      The company has a great reputation and is well known in the industry for its high quality products. Lots of interaction and teamwork between the sales, marketing and engineering department. Definitely a family like culture.

      Cons

      Day to day work was boring and redundant. Most of the employees were well over thirty which was kind of a downer for a young professional in my 20's.
