      Pros

      None, this place needs more meetings. Needs more bosses. Inventory is so screwed up can never get parts. Nobody ever looks happy to work here and it's sad.

      Cons

      We make less money working than the people sitting at home collecting unemployment how sad. Everyone looks so miserable walking around like they wanna put a bullet in their head. The only reason people work here is to find a better job.

      4 day work week when they let us work it! Mission is good

      Cons

      Mmanagement provides Too late notice of working on fridays! People have plans!! Unorganized Unrealistic expectations for delivery. Processes are not documented. No training for new or existing staff.
