Pros

There aren't any pros about this company!

Cons

You are blamed for scheduling errors that are on the scheduler's part, management will not listen to you until you provide proof and go to upper management, and HR will consistently screw up your pay checks, but you can't get mad at them for it! You are expected to sit back and take it all which is what I did not! Favoritism, a large paper trail, and the code of silence is VERY evident! The company is an overall wreck and now the schedulers are being called supervisors when they have no prior experience as one! Happy I am gone to another job that pays more!

Pros

The patients for the most part are nice. I loved the job that I did. You get a sign on bonus.

Cons

The office doesn't keep patients informed of schedule changes which changes weekly. Sometimes the patients are without an Aide due to the schedule changes which isn't right. They'll send you into houses knowing they are bed bug infested but will not tell you so you can take extra precautions. (They know most won't go if they tell you). They don't seem to care about their patients, everyone is a number and it's all about the money to them. The pay isn't good either. They pay $10.25 for HHA which isn't too bad but they only give you a flat rate of $2.50 in between clients where most other company's pay cents per mile. You do alot of driving for only $2.50. Also, They'll pay for your CPR certification but will not give you a copy of it (in case you need it for another job or for babysitting), they will put it in your file to only use for their company. However you can go through that company and get a copy for yourself but it's a hassle. You don't get paid for your 3 days of orientation. Shady company all around
