Pay for corporate team made up for poor benefits Many of the leaders hired in the last 2 years are trying to make a positive impact

Cons

No 401k match Health benefits were pretty expensive, no match for HSA I felt my organization was too lean and didn't understand how to manage a 24/7 operation
