Pros

There really are not any. Except loving the work you do. If you wany to make a difference, you will.

Cons

Management doesn't care about staff, nor do they jave their back. Inconsistant policies, policies change to fit the uppermanagement's will. Policies differ from office to office.

Pros

Clients were all very nice. Paid well for work based on experience.

Cons

Office staff was was a wreck. They played favorites with certain workers. Often double staffed clients so 2-3 workers would show up to same client for same shift. Capped you at (3) 12hrs shifts per week so they did not have to pay OT.
