Pros

Very easy to pick up extra hours

Cons

You're pretty much thrown into home that aren't so clean and you feel undertrained most times. Unless you ask for help or additional patient information, you feel lost going into new homes.

Pros

Flexibility in assignments. Paid in service trainning.

Cons

No guaranteed hours if client is hospitalized . pay raise is only 5 -10 cents per year. No pay for the 4 day trainning to start working. There is a 30$ fee for background check that is not reimbursed.
