Remote work and flexible schedule.

Cons

Absolutely terrible management structure with little to no support for the average worker. Additional work is constantly being heaped on you, but you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise at your review, even with a glowing report. Management routinely states they will be fixing problems, but it never actually happens.
