Don't PAY ENOUGH. NO BONUSES. Have'nt had a RAISE in 4 years.

I truly enjoy working with people especially if I could make their lives better if if was just being a companion due to our lives change everyday and we all are going to need help at some point in our lives.

Cons

The availability of clients were very limited which cause a lack of work and with that it has a domino effect on your life.

I liked my co-workers. This company is more caring about aides than most. Aides still receive mileage reimbursement here.

Cons

Company is not organized. Health benefits and 401K information is not given accurately or correctly.
