Pros

- There are many great people who work here and the students are a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

- Management doesn't have much respect for staff. They overwork staff and cause a super high burnout rate. They also don't communicate well with staff. - They keep taking new students even though they are at an all time low for staff/student ratio. This is just causing more stress on staff. - The management doesn't know how to appropriately manage high behavior students to keep staff and other students safe. - There are very high behavior students.
