Pros

This organization has a friendly environment from the moment you walk in the door. Staff are always looking out for each other like a big family. Leadership is always trying to connect with staff in different ways.

Cons

Communication has improved over the last couple of years between departments but there is always room for growth.

Pros

Working with the students everyday

Cons

Management is terrible. Unless you have an important title your voice is not heard at all and your opinions and ideas are usually dismissed. There is poor communication between staff and supervisors and you usually don’t find out information until after the fact. Management is more focused on reputation of company than their employees.

Pros

I love working at HH. I love the team atmosphere across the agency, including admin departments. Management listens and tries to improve things. The environment is positive, inclusive, and so much fun!

Cons

Sometimes communication breakdowns occur, but that happens no matter where you work.
