The corporate office is nice Coworkers were great

Cons

No support, like at all. Manager takes no responsibility, puts it all on everyone else. Pay for BCBAs and RBTs sucks, so terrible selling points to candidates. Oh and benefits are trash, so you have to get people on “reputation” alone.

- Same billable and non-billable pay - Supervisors check in regularly - roth and 401k available

Cons

- Everyone gets paid 19-20 hours to start regardless of being a high school or college graduate - Mediocre sick time, not enough for a job that works with kids that are constantly sick (roughly 12 combined sick and vacation days for the whole year. If you want a vacation, count on not getting sick.) - Horrible health insurance

The kids are amazing and I am so glad I could work with them Some places pay worse Some room for advancement but difficult to attain

Cons

Leadership doesn't maintain a healthy enviroment for clients, caters to parents over client/rbt safety, Policy is often hostile towards worker rights in subtle and legally obtuse ways, High turnover, High burnout, mediocre pay, rise program isn't consistently accessible throughout all clinics
