Great sign on bonus Amazing compliance team Internal team control

Cons

Bonus promised on hire but hurdles to get a bonus included staff call outs-or other measures of of your control. Expected to work all hours of day for staff and client call outs Use PTO for days clients wouldn’t come in like day after Christmas. Recruiting lied to staff when onboarding and it was put on office managers to tell them hours were not guaranteed which cause a lot of turnover.
