Pros

I really enjoy the camaraderie felt among co-workers and the leadership here. The executives know your name and they make an effort to connect with all the employees. The company allows you to be a professional and take responsibility, while the leaders are also available to give you any support you need. The company pays the full health insurance premium for employees and their families (not a high deductible plan). This last benefit makes it hard to ever leave work here. They are a little flexible with your schedule, but most work is done between 8-5 Monday - Friday. You are never required to work late nights or weekends.

Cons

I think they could do better at giving their employees opportunities to gain leadership skills or other continuing education options.

Pros

Helpside is a great place to work! I have opportunities everyday to make an impact on our clients, my coworkers and the company. I have a supportive leader who trusts me and provides opportunities to try new stuff. When my ideas fail she is supportive by letting me know "it was worth a try" and when my ideas are a success she is the first one there with woo-hoo's! The executive leaders of Helpside are AWESOME!!! They really care about us and look for ways to show how much they appreciate our efforts. Random game days, monthly birthday celebrations, company lunches, family days . There has not been a month that has gone by that the leaders have not done something to show their appreciation for our team. It feels good to be appreciated!

Cons

Helpside is a small business and as a result of this they do not have a set upward career path for each position. If title changes are important to you as a career recognition then Helpside would not be a good fit. However, if you are up for seeing opportunities in the business and are confident enough to raise your hand and offer solutions you will love Helpside!

Pros

-Excellent Employee Benefits -Very structured sales process -Laid back but involved management -Products and services deliver real value to customers. It is something that they can't go without. -Service costs are competitively in the market place making it easy to grow and win new business. -Very enabled. (computers, office space, software, training, good access to management, etc.) -Rick, John, Jake, and Craig have been awesome have as our management team. They are always approachable and helpful.

Cons

-Our offering (PEO services) is complicated. It isn't a sale that is for everyone. It takes time for new salespeople to learn what they need to about the industry and product before jumping in.
