Pros

I have been at Helpside for almost 6 years. My favorite job, that I have ever had. Executive management are great, generous, and make work a wonderful place to be. I love the work that I do. I do work with some great people who I consider a work family.

Cons

The consistency in policies and rules. There is a lack in consistency in holding people accountable. Sometimes the internal communication is lost in translation... Big Time.

Pros

I cannot say enough positive things about the company as a whole. The executive leadership is great and they treat employees very well. A few of my favorite benefits are: - Generous pay and bonuses - Great parties, various rewards, and celebrations for all employees - Full coverage of employee health premiums - Flexible work schedules

Cons

Some departments are poorly managed. The payroll dept. specifically feels like it is full of contempt, inconsistency, & blatant favoritism, . There can be a lot of disconnect between the various departments. It often feels like your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing.

Pros

Great place to work. I am allowed to be autonomous, and I am able to do value-added work while I am here. I am not micromanaged but rather trusted to be the face of the company with several of our clients. The company is always looking for fun ways to help keep its employees excited. The "sidekicks" (your coworkers) are all extremely polite and kind. It is a great environment

Cons

The only potential con is there is not a lot of upward mobility, so if you are a "title chaser" or care more about your title than the work you do, you may get frustrated. (Don't misinterpret this... they reward loyalty and hard work, but it's a fairly small company (approx 100 employees) so upward movement or chasing titles isn't really a thing here)
