Pros

I have been at Helpside for almost 6 years. My favorite job, that I have ever had. Executive management are great, generous, and make work a wonderful place to be. I love the work that I do. I do work with some great people who I consider a work family.

Cons

The consistency in policies and rules. There is a lack in consistency in holding people accountable. Sometimes the internal communication is lost in translation... Big Time.

Pros

One of the things I love most about working at Helpside is the variety of clients we support--from construction to hospitality, tech and everything in between. Although Helpside is a small business, we are always looking for ways to enhance our offering. Employee ideas and suggestions are embraced and implemented. The benefits and compensation packages are competitive for a small business, and work-life balance is the norm rather than the exception.

Cons

Opportunities for growth may feel a little limited, but Helpside leaders are continually looking for ways to provide development opportunities to interested employees.

Pros

The Senior Management listens the employees and values our opinions. We feel valued when our suggestions are implemented. Also, the rich benefit package helps us realize that they know how important it is that we can take care of our families. They provide a work life balance some departments with a flex schedule as well that shows that they in tough with what is of value to us. They also like to have fun provide fun activities through the year which include some opportunities for prices and bonuses.

Cons

The only con that comes to mind is growth within the company.
