Pros
This is a fantastic place to work. I work with and for some of the most amazing people. Here at Helpside, we genuinely care about each other, the future of the company, and the success of clients and their employees. Helpside creates such a great culture and environment to work in. The ability to learn and grow professionally is provided, I have full support in any personal endeavors, and am encouraged to participate in the goals of the company as a whole. We truly are spoiled employees. The pay is great, benefits are amazing, and the company parties are not to be missed. Not only does Helpside want to ensure that I am happy at work, but they also want our clients and employees to be successful. Most of our clients stick around for a very long time, and as a result, we become very familiar with them. I love that because of those relationships, we all strive even harder to ensure that they are more than satisfied and treated with respect.
Cons
While we may all have aspects of our jobs that we don’t enjoy, here or anywhere, there is nothing that is so terrible here that it qualifies as a con worth listing. One of the special things about being an employee here is that you get out of the job what you put into it. The harder you try, the better the reward. Voicing concerns is never something that is punished or unappreciated here. I’ve only ever felt heard and helped when I ask for it.
