Pros

Management at Helpside truly cares about their employees and clients. They are constantly re-evaluating to make sure all policies and procedures are in line with the high standards the company is based on. The company notices the strengths of their employees and places them in an environment to build on those strengths to benefit everyone involved. Several employees have worked here for an extended period of time - and I can see why! As an employee I am valued and given the tools and encouragement to succeed.

Cons

I really don't have any cons in mind. If I was really searching for a comment, the office I'm in doesn't have any windows or natural lighting. That being said, I take forms over to our second office to enjoy some fresh air and an hour lunch so there isn't really an issue.

Pros

Helpside is extremely generous to their employees. They provide a plethora of extras (family coverage for benefits, employee events, gifts, catered meals, etc). The executives understand the importance each employee plays in their organization and strive to show that to their employees. They encourage employees to spend time with their family and take care of their personal life. They have been very accommodating working with individual needs to the extent possible. They are frequently sending out surveys and improving once given feedback.

Cons

Position advancement can take time, given company size, but they try to compensate by giving opportunities for growth, develop and new challenges within the given position. Generally an expressed desire to advance along with a positive attitude, proving ones ability to manage difficult situations, a willingness to receive corrective feedback, working hard and giving it the time needed will result in promotion. Managers are periodically criticized for imperfections but they are human and no manager will ever be perfect. Part of being in business is learning how to deal with different management styles.
