      Pros

      Day to day it’s a great job. Colleagues and managers are very supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      Little room for growth or pay increases. No new product releases. And even though the company itself is doing well, budgets are being cut due to losses at other Danaher op-cos which is really hurting morale.
