1. The products are great and HemoCue is the market leader in point-of-care hemoglobin testing. The quality of the devices is very important to the company and it's easy to stand behind the products with confidence.
2. The company culture at HemoCue is truly great. I've never worked with a better group of people. HemoCue truly feels like a family.
3. Management actually listens. When you work at HemoCue, you actually have a voice. Management at all levels takes an interest in the thoughts and feelings of employees.
Cons
The only con would be that the pipeline of new products to the US is a tad slow, but it's improving and is vastly better than it was only a few years ago. Progress is definitely being made.
