      Great company, great associates

      Pros

      My manager is young, energetic, empathetic, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The sales and home office associates are like family. Small opco within the Danaher family of companies. Legacy HemoCue products are great, dependable, and have loyal customers. The Rapid Diagnostic products are great and industry leaders (for now).

      Cons

      Products are great, but viewed as "old technology." In my opinion, Danaher uses HemoCue as a cash cow to fund more promising opcos. Like with other opcos, Danaher is way behind competitors in developing more automated, interface-ready devices

      Get to grow your territory the way you want - pretty flexible schedule. More reporting and tracking every month. Nice co-workers

      Products are old and dated. Not many areas to find new customers. Very little area to grow past current position

      Pros

      You have an opportunity to grow within the company. Full benefits, 401k and a bonus every year. The job environment is like "family" which is a good thing to have within the company.

      Cons

      Company is has been been sold many times to different companies and each time the amount of employees gets lesser and lesser.
