      Get to grow your territory the way you want - pretty flexible schedule. More reporting and tracking every month. Nice co-workers

      Cons

      Products are old and dated. Not many areas to find new customers. Very little area to grow past current position

      Less people, Small office as compared to other big companies, less leaders to mentor the new ones in the company
