Pros

Nice hospital. Clean and new so equipment still works. Employees are nice. ICU APRNs are amazing.

Cons

Always understaffed. This is not a pandemic issue it’s a chronic one. Orientations are non-existent due to this. ICU intensivists (Doctors) are lazy and have tunnel vision about getting patients off ventilators.
