Location easy to get to

Cons

Cliquey management. Micro management out of this world. Write ups and brought into office for discipline for every little things. Lowest paid hospital in the valley. Always out ratio. Fellow nurses very cliquey. Coworkers lie to get ahead. It’s literally taken me over 2 years just to write this interview because this hospital left me THAT traumatized. This place is joust horrible to work at.

Henderson hospital has worked hard to create an amazing culture. It is stands out among all the other healthcare organizations in the Las Vegas Valley. Patient care is priority, the atmosphere is healing, and staff education is encouraged.

Cons

Rapid growth and changing demographics have created new challenges that are currently being addressed. As additional projects are started, it will be important to maintain the culture in each service line.
