Therapy Services team is great to work with, they are all very supportive and provide a comprehensive onboarding experience. Pay is competitive with great benefits and discounts.

Cons

They do not have enough CNAs when some are being used as sitters.

I've been here for 3 years, worked in Magnet facilities and large and small hospitals before. I've never worked with a Csuite who is more invested in their staff and patient safety.
