Pros

There is definitely potential for new hires - Health benefits were a plus. Paid time off. Paid sick days. It department is always extremely helpful

Cons

Management only cares about getting new hires in and not employees that have spent years with the company. Added duties no additional pay. No work/home life balance. Forced to stay late to make the numbers look better. Employee pay rate doesn’t matter to management. They only care that you do you job and show up every day.

Pros

Great benefits, money is there if you work hard. Nice facilty.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. All they do is talk about how things need to change, yet nothing EVER DOES. They appitamiz the very definition of insanity. The place could be great cuz the employees are great, but the people that are titled leaders, aren't fit to lead anyone. A Very far departure from what Mr Hendrick represents.

None at all. Just trying to fill up this character count as much as I possibly can because nothing good came from this employer

Cons

Pay plan is designed so you don't make money. Hours are horrible. Management doesn't train you. The also treat customers like crap if they can't get a car due to credit.
