Pros: Outstanding Leadership: Our General Manager, Mr. Tim Hackney, sets the tone for the entire store. He leads with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for both employees and customers. His guidance creates a positive, organized, and motivating work environment. Strong Company Values: Hendrick Automotive Group truly lives by its core values — teamwork, accountability, excellence, and putting people first. It’s not just a slogan; you see it in the way everyone works together. Supportive Environment: The company genuinely cares about its employees. They provide opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a culture where you feel appreciated. Customer-Focused Culture: Customer satisfaction is a priority here. Every department is very professional and willing to help coworkers as well as customers.

They are no cons from my experience. I have over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and this is the best company to work for in my opinion.
