      compensation. The environment. you will meet friends that become family.

      Pros

      You get to sit all day. Thats really the only pro unfortunately. Maybe the free coffee in the back is a pro, if you like coffee.

      Cons

      As the receptionist, you aren't cared for. I never got a bathroom break, i was sexually harassed by salesmen and customers and not once did anyone do anything about it. I would train girls that bragged about their pay, and they got about $3 more than me. I would ask for a raise and they refused. They say they care ... but they only care about the salesmen.

      Pros

      Solid Company with decent benefits. Many employees (although mostly at a corporate level) stay with the group a long time.

      Cons

      Ridiculous hours even by industry standards, Compensation in Upper Management pales in comparison to what any "A Player" is accustomed to. You're either a member of their "club" or you're not.
