      Not what it used to be

      Pros

      Great team in the shop. By far the most cooperative group of techs in the shop and make the job genuinely fun.

      Cons

      Management has zero concern for the wellbeing of their employees. All they care about is monthly quotas. It used to be better but has gotten worse every year. They packed the shop with young techs and left the master techs to starve in a commission only environment. Really disappointing considering Hendrick’s reputation of being a good employer for techs.
