      Look elsewhere to grow a career

      Pros

      You can have 2-3 Sundays off a month without being shamed. They buy you pizza when the culture is fading. You may make $4000 per month if you at least put in 65 hours per week. Maybe you won't get bullied by middle management.

      Cons

      You can never leave. If you take days off, you will be called and bothered and even punished by management withholding help on deals. If you eventually become overwhelmed by the bullying and decide to report it, you will be written up for poor performance. The culture of bullying here is embedded deep and if you aren't "in", prepare for a slog. The good news is that they will never fail because the Triangle is growing so quickly that you would have to really fumble hard to not naturally grow such a prestigious brand.

      Family oriented environment. Excellent teamwork from employees.

      Cons

      Management focused solely on numbers and does not highlight employee improvements or changes. Negative aspects always reviewed but positive aspects are never brought to light.
