      Pros

      Monthly luncheons, giving back to community

      Cons

      Not everyone is treated the same. Management has their picks. Same people get rewarded and acknowledged all the time when others work just as hard and are over looked. Take care of the employees that take pride in your company. Employees pay rate doesn’t matter to management. Takes forever for a performance review and when they are performed. No discussion of a pay increase. It’s like it doesn’t exist. All they care about is making the number quota and looking good to the owner. Claim they are family oriented that’s a blatant lie so much confusion and destruction. Always wanting staff to donate financially to a cause but can’t increase employees pay for them to contribute for every monthly cause.

      Benefits. Technology is cutting edge. The company does a great job of curbing potential lawsuits. Training is first class. Low stress

      Cons

      Core values are preached in public but ignored behind closed doors Do not listen to employee surveys unless it benefits the upper management
