      Pros

      Large company with opportunity. Healthcare provided. Up to date on technology. Paid vacations. Willing to hire newbies. Highly recommend Hendrick.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. The hours is all. If you don’t like hours don’t sell cars. I’m just meeting the 20 word minimum now.

      Pros

      There is definitely potential for new hires - Health benefits were a plus. Paid time off. Paid sick days. It department is always extremely helpful

      Cons

      Management only cares about getting new hires in and not employees that have spent years with the company. Added duties no additional pay. No work/home life balance. Forced to stay late to make the numbers look better. Employee pay rate doesn’t matter to management. They only care that you do you job and show up every day.

      Pros

      Some people are nice to work with. They are no other pros that I can add. The hours are terrible and the dealership is number one to all managers. This is only for the dealership I currently work for. Other dealerships may be different.

      Cons

      Managers don’t know how to manage and have favorites. Problems are not addressed and salesmen complain about everything and when they complain managers will fix something, when anyone at GS complains problems go unfixed. Currently seeking new employment.
